Chicken Parmesan

The New Jersey classic – lightly breaded chicken breast, fried and topped with their marinara sauce and melted Italian cheeses, served over a bed of linguine.

Cheesesteak

It was invented in Philly, Jersey’s neighbor to the West, and they make a good one at Vintage Pizzeria. It’s thinly slice steak chopped and grilled with onions and white american cheese, lettuce and tomato.
