Nakato was founded by the grandmother of the current owner and operator, Sachi. For the last 46 years, Nakato has been defined by Japanese tradition and culture, offering a variety of dining experiences. Guests can choose hibachi style dining, where the chef cooks in front of you, or traditional dining, where guests are served a full course meal while dining on traditional Japanese mats.
