Gu’s Kitchen

Gu’s Kitchen is Atlanta’s authentic Szechuan family restaurant. Created in Buford Highway in 2010, Gu’s Kitchen serves incredible dumplings and noodles in the spicy Szechuan style of China’s City of Chengdu. Chili and Szechuan peppercorn are used throughout their dishes and produce a “tingly-numbing” sensation in the mouth – so be prepared for a HOT dining experience.

Chengdu Cold Noodles

Cold noodles tossed in a homemade sweet and spicy sauce with robust minced garlic, and bean sprouts; sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onions.

Spicy Dried Eggplant

A popular dish! Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, the Spicy Dried Eggplant is battered sticks of crispy eggplant stir-fried with sliced garlic, dried red chili peppers, numbing Szechuan peppercorns, and fresh cilantro.

Sweet and Spicy Thick Noodles

Handmade thick chewy noodles with homemade sweet sauce and chili oil; sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. One of the most famous street foods in Chengdu.

When you go to Gu’s, you can pick one filling – Chicken, Pork or Vegetable – one sauce, and one size – 6 or 12!
