Casi Cielo
Mexico is a big country, with more than the typical flavors you’re used to seeing. In Oaxaca, they have their own brand of Mexican cuisine, and Casi Cielo in Sandy Springs brings all of those flavors to Atlanta. Those dishes, plus their traditional hand crafted cocktails made with Mezcal, deliver an elevated Mexican dining experience to Atlanta.
Highlights
Aguachile de Pescado
Sliced Halibut, citrus powder and Chile jalapeño sauce, this dish resembles a ceviche in Case Cielo’s Oaxacan style.
Tacos de Cochiniillo
Suckling pig that they slow cook, then form into cubes that they sear, served in an aguacatada (guacamole based) sauce and topped with chicharron – all served on a handmade corn tostada.
