Beef short rib

They use prime beef short rib and sous vide it for 48 hours, then add pastrami sipice, and caramelize it on the grill for a crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside finish. Served with creamed kale and cauliflower risotto, port braised cippolini onions, and au jus.

Pan Seared Chicken

The chicken is made with herb roasted chicken breast, served with natural chicken jus with sweet potato hash and crispy leeks on the side.
