Corner Cafe

3070 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305

Corner Cafe is a long beloved breakfast joint in Buckhead. It’s the kind of place where you could grab a coffee and a meal and sit by the window for hours, or on those busier days, head up to the counter and grab something to go. All of their bread and pastries are made fresh and taste oh so good. Get yourself a latte and a croissant or a breakfast sandwich and head on your way!

Grecian Gyro

Multiple locations

This spot has locations all over the city, and thank goodness! When you’re craving some delicious Mediterranean but don’t have the time for a sit down meal, this spot has you covered. Call in an order ahead of time, or when you get there just place an order at the counter. One of our favorite options is to get one of the Grecian Plates, it’s the perfect lunch or dinner and plenty of food. Just pick your protein and you’ll get their crispy potatoes, a greek salad and some pita slices on the side. Now that’s a quick and well rounded lunch.

Hankook Taqueria

When you can’t decide what exactly you’re in the mood for, fusion restaurants always have your back. And Hankook is one of the best! They’re doing tacos, burritos, bowls and some tasty sides to accompany your meal with an Asian twist. The pulled pork tacos with spicy Korean BBQ sauce is something special. You’ve probably never had kimchi on your burritos before and you’ll be amazed at how well these flavors mesh. Be sure to get their sesame fries too, they are the perfect side to your meal.

Little Rey

Little Rey is a classic spot for all things delicious Mexican food. If you’re in a rush and can’t stay, just place a to-go order at the counter and take it on your way. However if you have time to hang out, get a marg and stay a while. They have some of the best quesadillas in the whole city and they are small enough that you can try two flavors, or opt for one quesadilla and a couple tacos. This is a Ford Fry restaurant, so you know you’re gonna get a good meal.

Pala Bakery

1264 W Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30327

This little Italian market in Buckhead has our hearts and it is the epitope of a quick, delicious meal. They’re serving up authentic Italian sandwiches like you would get on the streets of Venice. These sandwiches are big so you can very likely make them last for two meals, and they are ready in no time. The other option here is pizza. Get a Pinsa which is perfect or one, or a Pala which can serve up to six people. From meatballs to artichokes, they’ve got all the best toppings to make some pizza magic.

Zunzi’s

1971 Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30318

You really can’t say enough good things about Zunzi’s. They have one location in Savannah and one in West Midtown and hopefully more to come in the future. This fast casual spot is serving up South African inspired sandwiches, wings and bowls and boy are they tasty. We can personally claim that the Conquistador and Booty Roll sandwiches are a must try, along with their wings covered in Dank sauce. Order online ahead of time and it’ll be ready for pick up, or just head in and order at the counter when you get there.
