The Crispy Brussel Salad

Everyone’s tried Roasted Brussels but Southbound’s salad is filled with unique flavors and the best version of brussels you’ve ever had. It’s brussels with roasted sweet potato, cauliflower, gorgonzola, bittersweet pecans, and blueberries.

Wild GA Shrimp

Caught right off of our Atlantic Coastline, the Wild Georgia Shrimp at Southbound are served head-on, with lemon, garlic, wine, butter and ciabatta.

Smoked Short Rib

Generous doesn’t cover the portion size for this short rib. But don’t let the size intimidate you – the meat falls off the bone and is perfectly tender. It’s served with Potato Salad, Collard Greens and BBQ Sauce.

Butterscotch Blondie Sundae

Every good Southern meal needs to end with dessert and Southbound is no exception. This one comes out warm and is topped off with ice cream and caramel sauce.
