Bone In Duroc Porkchop

Named one of the top 5 porkchops in the country by Men’s Journal, this is the restaurant’s specialty. A 14 ounce grass-fed chop is served atop sautéed spinach & cumin seed fingerling potatoes, topped with a bourbon peach chutney & veal demi glaze.

Spinach Salad with Salmon

A salad you’ll want to eat! Baby spinach, bacon, candied pecans, egg, red onion & goat cheese is dressed with a lovely tomato vinaigrette.

Southern Fried Chicken

Organic chicken is fried to perfection & accompanied by whipped sweet potatoes & grilled asparagus. Gingered sliced apples & pecans are included for a sweet finish.
