bartaco

bartaco is not a Mexican restaurant. Sure, they serve incredible tacos, fresh creamy guac, excellent elote corn, and magnificent margaritas. But they are inspired by cuisine from the Mediterranean, Asia and other exotic locales around the world. Dinner at bartaco is like taking visiting a market on a beach vacation and having the best street food options all in one place. In their new Vinings location, they’re working with existing architecture to celebrate the building – an old church – and its history, all while adding their patented beach vibes. Head to the website and look for a location near you to get that beach vacation feel any time of the year!

A great way to start your meal, they use corn on the cob and cover it with a creamy & tangy sauce, cotija cheese and dust it with cayenne pepper.

Margaritas

The focus on margaritas at bartaco is on freshness – every lime or fruit juice used in your cocktail is squeezed right before it’s put into your drink.
