We’re sorry for New York City’s loss and all, but we’re feeling pretty lucky that Alessandro’s Italian Café chose to call Canton its new home. Especially since this place is no typical pizza, pasta, and sub shop. This is fine Italian dining, disguised as pizza, pasta, and subs. Dine in, take out…where you enjoy the food doesn’t matter, just as long as you’re enjoying it.

The Pizza Fra Diablo, which is topped with sausage, pepperoni, and hot cherry peppers, is the perfect blend of flavor and fire. But really, any pizza you order – whether from their menu or your imagination – is going to be delicious. They use only fresh ingredients, and their dough is delish!

If you’re in the mood for an entrée, don’t miss the Linguine di Mare. Literally “of the sea,” this dish is decked out with fresh mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari. Classic Italian meals, like Chicken or Veal Parmesan, never disappoint. And their specialty pasta plates, like lasagna and Sicilian-style ziti, are sure to keep you coming back for more.
