The Establishment’s Crab Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound crab
1 egg
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon old Bay
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together. (Be careful not to break up the crab)
Form into 4-ounce Patty’s
Dredge in breadcrumbs
Pan fry in oven non-stick skillet with 2 tablespoons olive oil for 4 minutes each side until brown at 450 degrees.
