Gunshow

Gunshow served plates of Johnny cakes topped with seasoned crab and lemon sauce at Sunday’s brunch. The dense and grainy medium of the Johnny cake was a great way to elevate the familiar to a dish that is completely original. We hope this appears on Gunshow’s a la carte menu soon.

Anything with Kevin Rathbun’s name on it is destined to be delicious, but the steaks he cooks are on a whole different level all together. It was chewy, spicy, acidic, creamy and all around mouthwatering. Check out our Snapchat (AtlantaEatsTV) for more of our favorite Food & Wine dishes and other foods that make it to our “Best Thing We Ate” listing!
