Straight off the mean streets of Roswell, INC. Street Food is comin’ at ya with a menu full of autentíco Latin-inspired gourmet street foods. Stuff like steamed corn tamales, chorizo empanadas, fish tacos and Cuban sandwiches, to name a few. But “street” is more than just a style of food – it’s a way of life. This joint’s got graffiti-covered exposed brick walls, industrial ceilings, and an open kitchen that looks like a food truck. How do you like those tostadas?
Well, we like them a lot. We also enjoyed their Seared Ahi Tuna Tacos, which are served 3-up and stuffed with jicama, pico de gallo, crispy onions, and drizzled with a chipotle crema. Wash these down with a shot of one of their primo tequilas (just don’t forget to pour some out for your homey, Steak).
No street food spot would be complete without a hot dog on the menu. But INC. don’t have no plain ol’ hot-dog-in-a-bun – they’ve got the Sonoran Hot Dog. Wrapped in bacon and topped with black beans, cucumber, coleslaw, queso, and a chili-lime mayo, this dog’s got bark and bite.
UPDATE:
Inc. closed its doors in March 2013 to make way for Opulent, a new dining experience from the same ownership group, opening mid-April 2013. The groups restaurants, Salt Factory, Little Alley Steak House, and Opulent will be helmed by new culinary director, Bob McDonough.
